The Ecovillage Albero della Vita, located in the heart of the Bolognese Apennines, in Camugnano, is a holistic community founded in 2017 by Antonio D’Elia. This project was born from the desire to create a reality in which the community experience is combined with self-sufficiency, facing daily challenges in harmony with nature.

Spread over 50 hectares, the ecovillage currently hosts 8 families out of the 12 that make up the community. With 35 members in total, adults and children live in structures that reflect sustainability and connection with the environment. Daily activities range from organic vegetable gardening to animal care, from carpentry to the production of preserves and clay items. Everything is done with an ecological and respectful approach, where every action is designed to reduce the impact on the environment.

The ecovillage also serves as a farm, a homeschool and an educational farm, offering educational opportunities for those who want to live an immersive experience in nature and personal growth. A distinctive aspect is the School of Transpersonal Counseling, which offers courses and training programs aimed at promoting self-awareness and group cohesion.

Another pillar of the Tree of Life is the production of energy from renewable sources, with the aim of minimizing the ecological footprint and achieving energy self-sufficiency. Each member of the community is actively involved in creating a sustainable environment, which includes permaculture practices and the conscious use of natural resources.

The Ecovillage Albero della Vita is not just a physical place, but a way of life based on values ​​of collaboration, respect for nature and harmony between human beings. It is a project in continuous evolution, open to those who wish to contribute to a more conscious and sustainable world, living in symbiosis with the Earth and others.
