The Meraki Ecovillage is a place of connection, harmony and sustainability, immersed in nature and in the shared heartbeat of those who choose to live with their hearts. Born from the dream of a group of people passionate about human relationships, nature and spirituality, it is a space where trust and hospitality are the basis of everyday life. Here, each communard finds a balance between serving the collective project, developing their talents and taking time for themselves.

At Meraki, we cook together, we share, we sing around the fire. Empathic communication and sharing are pillars of the community, as is the relationship with the land and the path. This place has always had a special connection with those who travel on foot: not only because one of the founders, Carlo Taglia Vagamondo, crossed the world without planes in 528 days, but also because Meraki is located on the Via degli Dei, the historic route that connects Bologna to Florence.
