The Montesole cohousing in Montaldo Torinese is a residential project that extends over a complex composed of three separate buildings, designed to promote community life while maintaining an adequate level of privacy for residents.
This configuration of cohousing in Montaldo Torinese is designed to promote a balance between community life and private spaces, offering residents comfort, functionality and the possibility of actively participating in the life of the group.
Tools used: We would like to get to using more structured decision-making methods. For now we use “unanimous common sense”.
Vision: We believe that our cohousing can be an educational example of an eco-sustainable fair community, where there is an air of collaboration and mutual support and where exchange and intergenerational growth is encouraged and supported, respecting the individual, his uniqueness and freedom of choice in a climate of self-responsibility and flexibility. We believe in solidarity among cohabitants, including economic solidarity, to deal with any extraordinary situations of extreme difficulty.
