About Us

Hiking Environmental Guide, Organizer and Facilitator
Giovanni Sardo
I am passionate about Sociocracy and community dynamics, essential tools for collaborative and effective group management.
In the past I have been facilitating Circles of Men, promoting shared leadership and recognition of each individual’s inner leader, an experience that continues to inspire my approach in group dynamics.
Now I practice and teach Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication, as well as its variant for couples, IMAGO, to foster connection and empathy in relationships.
As a Reiki practitioner, BARS practitioner of Access Consciousness and Ayurvedic massage therapist, I offer wellness pathways through holistic practices.
I have been practicing Transcendental Meditation for 14 years and share different meditative techniques, helping people find the one that suits them best.
I divulge the importance of Bitcoin as a tool for monetary independence and privacy protection, promoting financial awareness and economic freedom.
I have been a Hiking Environmental Guide since 2024, combining my passion for nature with personal growth, accompanying people in experiences of deeper connection with the environment and themselves.

Organizer, Facilitator and Educator
Andrea Safir Stagliano
For more than 25 years, I have been passionate about the arts of inner transformation, which I have deepened in various fields such as body, mind, emotions and energy.
I have lived in intentional communities for over 10 years and got passionate about the arts of facilitation and all that concerns to being together in a virtuous, joyful way and in harmony with nature: Permaculture, Sociocracy, Consensus, Dragon Dreaming, C.L.I.P.S., Social Permaculture, Open Space, World Café, Circle of the Word, Inner Transition, Nonviolent Communication and more.
I practiced all these methods in communities and pulsating life projects, with great teachers and fellow practitioners.
I have been an active member of the Italian Ecovillage Network (RIVE) since 2012 and had the honor of being its co-president. Now I’m in charge of community and member relations and collaborate on the organization’s revision.
I have been collaborating with the European Ecovillage Network (GEN Europe) for a few years, offering empathic listening spaces during the summer gatherings.
I’m also a member and supporter of the “Piumani” Community, a movement that combines lightness and a sense of community with free expression and spirituality.
I currently support established and emerging community groups as a facilitator and trainer.
